Reiki is the ancient art of hands-on healing. It is a simple manual art with a philosophical understanding of the human function; it is not a religion. Dr Mikao Usui, scholar and mystic, rediscovered it in Japan a century ago. It is available for you to use and benefit from.

This web site is the home of Reiki Seminars, an authorised centre of the Usui Reiki Network. We are located in Hong Kong, though Keven Duff, who is a Reiki Teacher, travels throughout the world to lead seminars on Reiki.

What is Reiki I?

The first level allows you to transmit the universal energy, called Reiki, through your hands. This is the simplest form of hands-on healing. Reiki can be practised on yourself, or on your family and friends.

It is a useful adjunct to other professional health modalities and is simple, safe and effective.

What is Reiki II?

The second level of Reiki is entirely optional. This advanced level increases the potency of the energy flow and allows you to project the energy over long distances to serve others who are not within reach.
